PHP 开发团队很高兴的发布了 5.4 的第二个 RC 版本，PHP 5.4 包含许多新的语言特性以及删除了一些废弃的方法。

这是第二个 RC 版，主要还是 bug 修复：

• Further bug fixes in the built-in web server.
• PHP-FPM is no longer marked as EXPERIMENTAL.
• Several improvements and bug fixes in the Zend Engine, Core and other extensions.
