Spring Cloud Hoxton.SR8 发布

Spring Cloud Hoxton Service Release 8 (SR8) 已发布，可从 Maven Central 获取更新。坐标如下：

Spring Cloud Kubernetes

支持 Spring Cloud Loadbalancer，自动向 Service Instance metadata 添加命名空间
