Visual Studio Code 1.26.1 发布，修复 1.26 中的 bug

国际惯例，Visual Studio Code 1.26 发布后的几天，官方推出了 1.26 的补丁修复版 —— Visual Studio Code 1.26.1。

本次更新解决了下面这些问题：

升级至 1.26 后，Extension host 出现意外终止的情况
Problem entries loops
Problem Tab is all corrupted with Typescript Problems
RG 700% 的 CPU 使用率
在单击文件选项卡之前，不会搜索已打开的文件
内置的 git 扩展无法使用
打开特定的 PowerShell 文件时， VS Code 会被挂起
打开 Python 文件时，VS Code 会被挂起
打开最近菜单中的文件路径以小写驱动器号开头
每次配置更改时都会调用编辑器布局
