PearPlayer 2.4.9 发布，流媒体播放器

PearPlayer 2.4.9 发布：

1. 新增isMSESupported和isWebRTCSupported两个API
2. 将默认分片大小由1M改成512K
3. 请求http节点接口出错时启用纯WebRTC模式
4. 增加节点流量上报功能
5. 大幅优化首次播放速度
