Netty 4.1.87.Final发布

We are happy to announce the release of netty 4.1.87.Final. This release is a bug-fix release.

The most important changes are:

• Upgrade to latest netty-tcnative release which doesnt link libcrypt (#13112)
• Add recvmmsg & sendmmsg syscall number for loongarch64 (#13097)
• Return correct value from SSLSession.getPacketSize() when using native SSL implementation (#13095)
• Explicit disable TLSv1.3 in the OpenSSL options if not supported (#13066)
• Support handshake timeout in SniHandler. (#13041)
• Extend DNS address supplier interface to provide feedback (#12991)
